Server Rules & Policies

1. Respect & Conduct
    •    Treat all players, staff, and Game Masters with respect.
    •    Harassment, discrimination, or toxic behavior will not be tolerated.

2. Account Security
    •    You are responsible for the safety of your account.
    •    Never share your account details with anyone.
    •    Staff will never ask for your password.
    •    Report any suspicious activity immediately.

3. Cheating & Exploits
    •    The use of third-party programs, bots, hacks, or automation tools is strictly prohibited.
    •    Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics for unfair advantage is not allowed.
    •    Please report any bugs or exploits directly to the staff.

4. Fair Play
    •    Play the game as it was intended.
    •    Abusing mechanics, loopholes, or unfair tactics will result in penalties.

5. Real Money Trading (RMT)
    •    Buying, selling, or trading accounts, items, or currency for real-world money is strictly forbidden.

6. Events & Competitions
    •    Follow all event-specific rules and guidelines.
    •    Cheating or breaking rules during events will result in disqualification and further penalties.

7. Communication & Language
    •    Use respectful and appropriate language in public chats.
    •    Spamming, excessive use of capital letters, or unrelated advertisements are not allowed.

8. Donations & Refund Policy
    1.    All donations are final once perks/items have been delivered.
    2.    Refunds are only possible within 7 days of purchase, and only if the item is completely untouched (not refined, upgraded, renamed, enchanted, traded, or used).
    3.    If the donation has already been allocated for server hosting or the item has been used/tampered with, refunds will not be issued.
    4.    All donations directly support server maintenance, development, and improvements. Thank you for your support! 

9. Impersonating

Impersonating a Server Admin, GM, or staff member (including using the same/similar name, title, or profile) is strictly prohibited and punishable.
This rule covers in-game characters, forums, Discord, social media posts that are tied to the server, and any place where players interact under the server’s banner.

Bulletin 1:
The server has no liability for any Real Money Transaction (RMT) conducted between players.

If a player becomes a victim of scam, fraud, or deception related to RMT, the server staff reserves the right to review or investigate the transaction, but any lost items, currency, or accounts will not be refunded or restored under any circumstance.
